Job Description

Responsible for extensive telephone contact with customers, including but not limited to policyholders, claimants, agents/PR Representatives, third party vendors, other TMK companies, banks, co-workers, etc. regarding coverage, premium and other policy information including resolution of complaints. This includes researching and gathering information necessary to effectively respond to all customer service related issues. Must compose business betters, effectively communicate both in writing and verbally, work independently and make sound judgment decisions with the highest degree of accuracy and according to company security policies. Must possess a complete understanding of policies and benefits as they relate to the policyowner and/or claimant. Discretion and tact must be used in providing service to customers. Other duties as required by the department.
