Job Summary
This position is located at Anadarko's Corporate Office in The Woodlands, Texas. The Gulf of Mexico (GOM) Mechanical Integrity Engineer, Subsea will oversee the Integrity Management programs for Subsea Equipment and Top Tensioned Riser (TTR) systems. The successful candidate will be accountable for completing Mechanical Integrity requirements for these assets and ensuring that the various programs maintain and/or exceed compliance with regulatory and Company requirements.

Minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical integrity related work is required, preferably in an asset integrity/inspection execution role
Experience in planning, implementing, and executing a Subsea Integrity Management program
Working knowledge of subsea inspection and surveillance technologies and their application to subsea integrity threats
Experience in identifying and mitigating subsea equipment integrity risks
Basic knowledge of project management and cost estimation
Exceptional leadership, ownership and communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Must possess a team mentality and approach to business

Overseeing the Integrity Management program for all Subsea Equipment and TTRs for all floating Gulf of Mexico Deepwater facilities
Coordinate program execution against approved plans
Providing direction to identified contractors providing IM services
Reporting progress against plan and budget
Assuming ownership of deficiency correction
Communicating integrity-related risks to management and providing leadership to the Operations Engineering Team to ensure alignment with GOM objectives
Requirements to participate in engineering and hazard reviews
Provide technical input to the Anadarko Management System requirements for Asset Integrity
Establish integrity operating windows
Prepare annual and long term IM strategies
Integrate new or modified equipment installations into the subsea integrity program
Evaluate and apply new technologies when supported by a business case
Assure timely correction of identified anomalies
Drive continual improvement through anomaly correction, failure analysis, and peer engagement
Updating and ever-greening of Integrity Data Management System
Bachelors degree in Engineering is required

This position may be eligible for relocation
Travel Requirements
The percentage of travel required for this position is 10 25%

Work Schedule
This position is eligible for the 9/80 work schedule.
