Job Description

Job Title: Varied Positions -Recruitment Event @WFS-Southeast


Case Manager is responsible for the submission of service plans and other assessments required for the compiling of a comprehensive case file found on Southwest Key Programs (SWK) designated web-based program with supporting documentation maintained in physical files. The Case Manager is required to maintain a flexible, organized and efficient work schedule and is subject to work extended hours, weekends, and be on-call.

Clinician is responsible for providing mental health assessment and counseling intervention services, as well as continually monitoring and documenting clients’ mental well-being and overall adjustment to the Unaccompanied Minors program. The Clinician’s functions are performed as part of a multi-disciplinary team and include development and implementation of client therapeutic plans, facilitating transfers, and reunification planning. All duties will be performed based on education, training and certified counseling experience within the social service field. The Clinician is subject to work extended hours and weekends, and to be on-call.


Youth Care Worker (YCW) is responsible for providing direct care supervision for youth residing in Southwest Key Programs (SWK) care fostering an environment that facilitates learning and behavioral management in a supportive manner. The Youth Care Worker will maintain a flexible, organized, and efficient work schedule.

Lead Teacher is a professional leader in organizing the Education Department in partnership with Program Director or designee. The Lead Teacher is responsible for curriculum development which facilitates instruction appropriate for students with a variety of academic competencies, backgrounds, skills, and learning needs. To design and implement daily instruction of all core subject areas to include: ESL, PE and Vocational Courses. The Lead Teacher is to promote a positive climate of learning and excellence where students have the opportunity to enhance their developmental growth.


Shift Leader is responsible for the direct supervision of youth and daily programming activities provided during the course of their assigned shift ensuring that ratios are met at all times. The Shift Leader is subject to work overtime. The Shift Leader will maintain a flexible, organized and efficient work schedule.

Security Monitor is responsible for controlling facility access, guarding the property (via monitoring through surveillance and in person). Relays any concern to Shift Supervisor that might represent a danger to clients, staff, property and vehicles. Provides tech support when conducting investigations.

Medical Coordinator is responsible for assessing, facilitating and monitoring all components of client medical services. The Medical Coordinator will maintain a flexible, organized, and efficient work schedule, which could include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
