Job Description

Answer, screen and distribute phone calls to the appropriate parties; taking thorough messages as necessary.
Assist management with administrative projects and tasks.
Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary.
Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.

Requirements:
Must have one year of experience
Bilingual in Spanish required (Spanish is required to communicate with fellow employees, and diverse customer-base.)
Ability to multi-task efficiently and organizational skills.
Must be detailed and accurate.
Must be friendly, reliable, and have reliable transportation.
Self starter and strong working knowledge of office administration in a technical environment.
Ability to develop an understanding of organizational functions, policies, and procedures, as prescribed by Management.
Skilled use of office equipment such as personal computers and office software, fax and copy machines.
Skilled in entering, organizing, and retrieving data. Expertise using spreadsheets and databases for report preparation, presentations and correspondence.
Ability to use Word, Excel and other software, in addition to use of the internet for research, communication (including email) and data exchange.
Strong verbal communication over the phone.
