Job Description

Position Description
This position supports both local and field users in corporate, development, maintenance, and sales offices. Provide end-user support on company supported PC’s, peripherals, and desktop applications. Provides support for POS equipment

Responsibilities:
•Provide support for PCs and peripherals
•Provide support for desktop applications
•Setup and configuration of new PCs
•Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
•Running and terminating network cabling
•Identify and escalate issues requiring urgent attention
•Troubleshooting IP Phones
•Provide after hours and on call support for urgent issues

Qualifications:
•Understanding of TCP/IP networking.
•Understanding of VOIP devices.
•Associates Degree in IT related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
•Understanding of IT Helpdesk practices with strong emphasis on customer service.
•Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and basic networking.
•Experience working with managing user accounts and access.
•Support experience with Office 365 and other Microsoft Office products.
•Ability to work outside normal business hours when necessary.
•Ability to move and relocate computers, printers, monitors, and network equipment.
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet expectations within the allotted time-frames.
•Ability to initiate problem resolution and take ownership of an issue.
•Ability to communicate and work together with team members and management.
•Professional and positive attitude.
•Position requires a valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving records is required; per company policy.

High School/GED required.

1 year experience required.

Candidates must pass a background check.

Supervisory Experience Required No
Pay Between $15.00 / HR and $18.00 / HR
Additional Pay Details Pay depends on experience.
